Welcome to a very important page on this website. I have fought so hard and for many years to have my innocence shown. This is not a legal brief; it is an archive of the truth. It is the evidence of a story that a court of law chose to ignore.

In the eyes of the Alaska court system, I was branded an unfit mother based on a monstrous caricature painted by my ex, his powerful former-judge attorney, and his family’s deep connections to law enforcement. A court-issued gag order now prevents me from sharing every detail of my ongoing case. I have been legally silenced, but the public record cannot be.

What you are about to see is the evidence that was dismissed, the facts that were overlooked, and the truth that was buried.

You will see the official  detective investigated report and the horrific allegations against me and concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove a crime occurred, closing the case without prosecution. And the Kenai Judge dismissed as hearsay.

You will read the transcript of a recorded conversation where my daughter and her step-sister admit that the plan to fabricate stories was created by my ex-husband and his new wife, and that they were told what to say.

You will see the 2012 Misdemeanor Complaint (Case # 3KN-12-735 CR) filed against my ex for assaulting both me and our young daughter—a documented history of violence that the court completely disregarded while focusing on the unsubstantiated claims against me.

This is the evidence of a system that failed. It is proof that in our family courts, the truth does not always win. Sometimes, the side with more money, more power, and more influence does.
